Returns & Exchanges
We aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
If you are not happy with your goods please notify us within 7 days and return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately 14 days after receipt of items to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned items we will process your request. Replacement items held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stockwe will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
